| I would say morale is at a low point about now: 1) Important people having to leave the squad for financial reasons (12 High, Saffron) 2) Generally people worried about their finances facing a recession. 3) From the HT forumns a general dienchantment with the game bourne out in our own squad by people talking about leaving and playing elsewhere. 4) HTC doesnt seem to have done much to develop the game in the recent past. 5) The usual mid winter post christmas blues. I don't blame anyone for anything. I am hoping to reverse the trend of low turnouts and lack of in game "esprit de corps" with team challenge scrimmages and Ean has suggested a mid week squad day/night. These suggestions seem to attract at best a luke warm response. So if people want a squad please get involved and put some enthusiasm into what we are doing or suggest some alternative initiatives. Even I have been thinking about quitting and I think ive barely missed a meeting or put in less than 20 hours a month since day 1 | |

| Yes moral is at an all time low , I for one have found myself sinking so low as to have met the floor . I had considered quitting at one point but whom would I fly with and why . Pointless actually in quitting , I'm just trying to get by without pushing and shoving . My work on T-shirts has slowed considerably and I've got some orders that are in the works of completion for a few members. Work for me is actually good as of now and I find myself hammered mentally and don't fly as much . The recession for me is not existent and I'm lucky . But I do very much enjoy ya'lls company its what makes it great . Nutte | |

I certainly appriciate what you did but to be fair I think we do this game because we want to. For me when we do a team event like FSO or Sec or a scrimmage especially it is as good as any other team game and means I only have to take 2 hours out from the family. All the squad lacks for me is a great scrimmage team that will trane for maybe an hour a week and fight its way to the top of the league. Perhaps you could help out here MY2? Captain the team and bully everyone into line with your mixture of enthusiasm, abuse and homosexual panic I wish you would | |

| I admit that I to have felt the drag and depression of some aspects of the game. I have run the whole gambit of "I am quiting the squad" to I am quiting the game. In reality I love this game and I like flying with all you knuckle heads. no matter how pissed I get at some things it passes quickly. and I look foward to the next day when I can get back on and listen to the banter from you all. | |
