First and foremost, MEDIC, directed at you, You took on a project that still looks shit. I see no graphics. and the forums are Precision. Precion Squadron is two words not one. Also just so you understand what the fuck you got yourself into, Precision is with the ( + ) this symbol one time.

Now Im going to put up what we agreed upon in the meeting. If there are any changes to be made please let me know. If we need an additional meeting to cover it, then fine. Meanwhile back at the bat cave this is the origianl thread to start the show.

Good day Ladies, and Gentlemen.

First it has come to a point in my playing, that Ive been asked to make a squad. Actually took it as an honor to do such a task. So I have. The new squads name is ( + ) Precision
First The mission of the squad is Bombing orientated. HEAVY, MID, LIGHT.
From Lancs, to the Mossy. I feel there is a definite need for this type of orientated squad in the game, and I would like to coordinate with other squads on the Knights that provide Fighter escort, or Fighter orientated operations. This will not be a role we will participate in during theater operations. It is not to say that we dont fly fighters, but during base capturing or strat running ops it is not what we will do. What we will do is drop ords from whatever altitude, in whatever plane, effectivley, and precisely. All the time.

SO, on that note, I am looking to put together a group of 6-10 core individuals that are seriously into the game. Also I am on the east coast of the United states, so I would like to keep it somewhat within timezones. So that when were on its basically the same time. It will be a loosely formed unit, that can do whatever they want, with the exception of embarrasing the name of the unit. I would like the members to be proud of the squad, and its accomplishments, as well as other squads noticing our ability, and effectiveness to carryout complicated missions.

There will be a web page that I am cuurently working on, and a forum, right now I see it coming together within the next 3 months. RIght now email, and AH will provide the means of contact. I do not have nose art as of yet, but this will be out very shortly. So far there is only myself FLOATSUP, and GNARVIS as members, if you wish to check out the type of runs we do please look me up in the MA, or send me an email.

There will more to follow. Also I am seeking the help of other squads out there that dont have a bombing group to solicite our use, and plan some 1-2 hour missions. Complicated type of crap, where one missions outcome will directly effect the next mission, until the overall goal is accomplished. IE base taking with an art to sustain what you have taken.

This will not have any structured enviroment in as much that there will be an organization of rank. If you are a member of the outfit, it is a 1 for all, all for 1 eviroment. Input to the Objective will come from all members, and once an target is designated, it will be planned, and excuted untill objective is met, or we get drunk, and pass out.
Basically we are a team or unit, that will know its assignment, and how to get its own job done. Very similair to working in a speicalized unit of the military.


First I play this game almost everyday. So as far members availability to the squad. I would like to have someone who actually is into the game from the standpoint that is actually part of thier activity. Basically this is the foundation of the squad. So if you are seriously into game, and enjoy the stratagy of it, and get really P.O.'ed when your team is losing, and you wish that there is something that you can do to save your microcosm from falling apart, then you may wish to take a tour with us.

Speaking of tours, (1 Month)
I also think it would be in evryones benifit that 30 days of playing along with each other is a good primer to see if the squads a fit for you, and you are a fit for us. One thing that really drives me nutz, is people bashing each other on 200, and I have no tolerance for it. A good rub is alwas funny, and once I blew beer out of my nostrils, onto my keyboard, over what someone said, but flaming is out when your wearing the tag. If you have an issue with someone in game, then I suggest you either make it a point to blow the crap out of that persons country, and shuv it up their ugly arse, or take it to the DA. But no long winded btching back and forth. Stupid, childish, unprofessional and not accepted. Btching, moaning, gripping about whats happening in the situation of the country on Vox (squad) totally accepted

I believe the new site to be a significant evolution of the old and generally to be proud off. I think the private areas are a great advance along with the possibilites of uploading now and in future.

Generally I am happy with the eye candy.

Well done medic from my point of view I can't see any problem.

Floats is entitled to his opinion but I believe it to be a minority viewpoint.

Yes there is room for improvement but we have come along way with this in a short time.

Floats thanks for taking on the responsibility for re drafting the amended Bye Laws. I am sure the re draft will reflect the will of the meeting and the Bye laws themselves I believe broadly reflect the spirit and ideology of the squad as it has evolved. Its existance is owed to Floats and I am sure we all thank him for that. I am sure he is proud that it has achived some measure of independance. In other words I believe it now has a life of its own though Floats remains at the centre of of the squad and its most valued member.

If I resign, the squad has the leadership to carry on.
But. Hey, Im leaving. I have to do real life shit.
