| For SEC on sunday we had 6 For scrimmage practice we had 7. I think I e mailed everyone about the events. Now if people want to be in a squad they have to put something in somewhere. I suggest those who are enthusiastic about the squad recruit more enthusiastic people as this useually cures this problem. We are not at capacity but if we were it would be easy to remove people who are just names on the list. When we are at full strength we can usually get 12 or more to most events and that is where we want to be. | |

But i did have fun both in SEC and the scrimmage practice No we cant force people but we did agree a minimum level of particiaption at the last meeting as in more than 2 thirds voted in favor which was the will of the overwhelming majority. I am not saying everyone should be attending every event either but the squad does depend on people joining in for its exsistance. If we had double the number of core enthusiasts I think we would have a much better squad.

| I would like to see some more positive attitude rather than the negative BS. Squad moral is at stake!
maybe... "Sunday Squad Ops and Fighter Practice where a blast! I wish more of you were on to have joined in the fun. For the 6 of us flying, I had a great time.."
Sound familiar??
Our CO should always portray a positive outlook, and realize that people have things to do on the weekends such as, Family, yard work, masterbate, laundry, change the oil in the car... sound familiar???
I swear I've read this post and repleyed to it before..
Core enthusiast... Rember.. there is only 10. Meaning you had 60% on.

. I have a family and masturbate constantly and I manage to get good attendance because I organise my weekend to some extent around events. If I was in a soccer team I would turn up for practice regularly or expect to be dropped from the team. I am not saying we have to be that severe but there is a point to be made and I dont think I said anything negative. Anyway its up to the squad in the end if people dont show up in sufficient numbers we wont have enough people for a scrimmage team, SEC is struggling with decreasing attendances all round. FSO seems fairly healthy. There it is

| Hey, I apologize for not being there...but my computer is still fucked...and I'm having trouble trackign down the problem on the other hand...just turned 21, so have to deal with all that ridiculousness.... on the third hand...I agree with Saffron, If it is put down like "We sucked because we only had 4 people" then people are not going to want to attend, but if we say "I had a blast with Kling, Nutte, Vu and 83 (if they showed up), and wish the rest fo you could have been there," it does much better for boosting morale and people are going to want to show up...shit I know I do...I'm withdrawn! anyway...hopefully be back in the skies soon...gonna run some diagnostics n shit tomorrow on the Piece | |

| LOL, Good luck Yarbs. With the approach of the summer months it is only going to get worse for Sunday showings. FSO takes a pretty hard hit and that is Friday NIGHT for most of us. Unfortunatly for SEC that is in the middle of the day for us in the colonies, and there are things that need doing. I went through the same problems when I was CO and I am sure that Mike did too. Hang in there, once the weather gets rotten again there will be more on.. | |

| Summer Time! If I recall correctly,
"Squeeker Season"
Yarbs, After re-reading your post, you sir are correct. It was not negative. It was not as happy as I would like to have seen at 5:50 ish in the morning before I infused myself with caffine. Guess I should have just stuck with the porn sites and stayed away from (+) site til' I woke up.

I am glad you said what you said. Being CO involves allot of people saying I am in Ill be there etc and for whatever reason not being there, turning up late and not reading the instructions they asked for etc. I actually asked for the job so from now on my frustrations are my own and the tone you suggested is the right one.

| Sorry to hear about Sunday rollcall being down but Friday nights have been max'd (12)(in think) 2 weeks in a row Can you Euro guys plan a all nighter or early morninger in the future (say a vac. weekend or somesuch) and fly an FSO We could also try to plan a Max. Effort Day maybe not event related before Summer hits. |

I am sorry you regret joining, but I think its right to say this is a bad time. I think thats true and what we need now is people who want to support the squad through it and move on

We could also try to plan a Max. Effort Day maybe not event related before Summer hits. Glad to hear FSO going so well Ean. I think a max effort day is a great idea. I think you should work on the time and forget the europeans as we are a small minority. We will try and fit in and as for FSO its 3 am I think our time but I will speak to Zack and Kling. Ean please set up a maximum effort day event. I would suggest a major base taking opperation but its up to you. Good luck mate
